Just make her a staffer for their ambassador to the United Nations.
He can pass her around to his little friends as some sort of celebrity.
They'll like that.

Just keep this ugly woman who deserted her child out of my country. BTW, has a DNA test been done to show if the child is hers? A normal mother would not have left her own child behind.

If she thinks that will get her a “free ride” back to the US, she is mistaken. Any “ambassador” can be refused entry......

Exactly. It is a process called “Agreement.” With her criminal record, the US can refuse to admit and acredit her. I doubt the Mexican government would be so foolish as to try it.

Let’s just cut to the chase and declare her persona non grata now, might save the Mexicans a little embarrassment.

Her legal status is such that she’s not permitted to ever return to the U.S., as a diplomat or anything else.
It doesn’t matter what the mexicans grant her or don’t, she’s not permitted back ever and without our blessing she doesn’t come.

"the United States can't continue treating undocumented migrants as terrorists"No; not "terrorists", just treat them like the CRIMINALS that they are!
She's gonna be the Mexican equivalent of Cindy Sheehan?????

I’m not sure that’s entirely correct. Assuming that her re-entry into the U.S. would violate federal law, one view is that our U.N. treaty obligations would trump that, meaning that if she were appointed to the U.N. as part of Mexico’s delegation, her right to enter the U.S. would be determined by the provisions of the U.N. treaty, not any otherwise applicable federal statute.

No problem!! Let the Mexican government make her a diplomat and let them pay her salary and medical bills, for her as well as her son.
Maybe They could make all Mexican illegals diplomats and pay for them as well.

A normal mother would not have left her own child behind. In all the reporting I've seen about this woman and her child one thing is missing.

We should jail her if she crosses the border again.
I am getting tired of Mexicans. Very tired.

Anonymous sperm donor? A wanted criminal? He never told her his name? Minister of the church where she hid? One of the TV personalities who became unglued over her deportation?

Hopefully our laws outlawing felons convicted in the U.S. will be denied entry — maybe that law is overlooked if the felon is MEXICAN/LATINO/HISPANIC.
