So CBS has finally decided to blow her up.
Good for them.

Wouldn’t it be just terrible if she caught a bullet between the ears while reporting live back to the states? Oh, how sad the nation would become...
To: World_Events
CBS management probably hoping for a well placed IED or kidnapping.

Maybe she can put on a burqa and anchor the Syrian Nightly Nooz.

So, Katie - Live From Baghdad - is she going to 'inbed' with a terrorist cell; a small enclave of insurgents? Interview the Mother's of suicide bombers?
But really; she is not going to like this. . .being around all our Military. Probably gets a chill; just thinking about it. But I hope she stays safe; and appreciate that CBS is sharing little so as to protect her security.
(Of course, if it were secret troop movements they could disclose for a 'ratings bump'; that would be just fine.)

This idiot for some strange reason I can't begin to comprehend gets about 14 million dollars a year to read leftist propaganda.
I'd rather watch 365 different ordinary American read the news, a different one every night and each could get paid about $37,000.
Way better ratings to boot.

I think Nancy Pelosi should join her and they should both visit Iran's Ahmadinejad while in the neighborhood.
Maybe Iran would want to "detain" them to bargain for the Iranian spies, saboteurs, and weapons smugglers we have caught in Iraq.

Iraq has been an especially treacherous terrain for journalists...For the love of Pete. Don't go there! How many "journalists" did they list as being killed or injured? Five or six? Hell, four "journalists" died when their helicopters collided over Phoenix a couple of months ago.
I know, I know, technically speaking helicopter pilots are not "journalists" but neither are cameramen, sound men and other "crew" cited in the article.

Syria is directly responsible for deaths and injuries to American forces. That will make her a TRAITOR by my understanding of the Constitution.

Have watched c.bs news a total of one minute since she became anchor. Just long enough to grab the remote.
Would be funny to watch how she is accepted by our soldiers.
Would bet the farm they won’t treat her like missed family.
