If I had to have a RINO VP, Giuliani would be OK. Romney would probably be better RINO VP choice, though.

There are two main reasons to pick one of them as a running mate, and that is to deliver independents and other swing voters, and to put northeastern states in play. Giuliani accomplishes both better than Romney. Now, which would be a better VP, I'm not sure. I know I'm in the minority here, but right now, I'm more leery of Romney than Rudy.
Hopefully Fred has enough appeal in the center that he won't need either as a running mate, but we won't know that until closer to the general election. It I was betting, I'd put my money on Tim Pawlenty. I'm holding out hope for a dark horse outsider like Tommy Franks, though.
