I know of MANY Chinese restaurants that serve maybe 20 people per day at most and yet manage to stay in business year after year. I have often said that I think all they do is launder money.

There is a chain of Mexican restaurants in Phoenix (well here in Fresno too) that does the same thing. A lot of food (no pun intended) for thought there...
