So what? If John kills Joe for his organs, that would be no more immoral than John's killing Joe for, say, his car. Yet the idea of making the sale of Joe's car illegal to prevent John from committing murder would be silly. So, why should the sale of his body parts be any different?
And if Joe is already dead, then he doesn't need those organs any more, anyway.
