I think the thread was down because, 1. these are serious charges and 2. the link was clogged so couldn’t be verified.

I got the story off a hint at another blog. I think afterwards Drudge put it up and crashed the web site.

I did a google news search and saw the link you provided. I also see other bloggers reporting this. I also am lead to believe this is hitting the CBSMSNBCABCFOX news stations as I type this...
But I can’t believe this was hush-hused since last June!
Kudos to the mods for dropping this thread whilst they did due-diligence!
