Nice. I hope they don’t send this one back. I know it costs a lot of money to incarcerate a person, but I’d hate for them to send him back only to have him sneak back over. Sounds like this one is not going to be satisfied until he does kill a lot of people. If this country really had any sense, they would go ahead and do him in now, before he gets any second chances to finish the job.
