Many of you know that I help organize the Duncan Hunter "meetup" group(s). I decided to peek in at the "competition" and found it very interesting that Ron Paul supporters are being urged to attend the MoveOn.org rally....

I post this because I know there are a lot of folks on FR that support Ron Paul.. I just wonder if you are participating in this effort.. or what you think about this whole business of catering to MoveOn.org

I am a Thompson man as of right now, and it looks like that won’t change, but you know all that. He has a strong Federalist bend. Among candidates that can and will make the cut I feel he will do what he can in that regard. There is still both houses to get around as well...

I begin to suspect you're being deliberately obtuse, in a trollish kind of way.
You're right that Papa Bush was a pretty weak candidate, but I don't think he was weak enough to lose to clinton if Perot had not been taking so many conservative votes away from him. He did have the advantage of incumbancy.
