Yes indeed. They work on a number of fronts. It's not REALLY working since fatalities are up. It's not worth it because the government is feckless. We are so worried about our military being overstretched (yeh, sure you are). The Iraqis are bad people and we shouldn't really care about them, and so on and so forth.
Hopefully their counter offensive suffers the same fate of the Germans in December 1944.
