A Superior Court judge Friday ordered self-described pedophile Jack McClellan to stay away from children for the next three years, issuing a permanent injunction sought by two local attorneys after McClellan had visited the Santa Clarita Valley to watch little girls.
The judge issued a permanent injunction narrowing his initial order earlier this month and also issued a three-year-restraining order that was given to all law enforcement agencies in the state.
"We will not be seeing him again," Rick Patterson, one of two lawyers who sought the injunction, said following Superior Court Judge Melvin Sandvig's ruling. "Jack will not be back to the Santa Clarita Valley."
As he left the hearing in Chatsworth, McClellan told reporters, "I don't know what I'm going to do now."
"We now have a three-year restraining order against Jack McClellan," a jubilant Patterson said following the court hearing. The order prohibits McClellan from "following, stalking, photographing (or) Internetting" children.
"He can't get information about children through third parties, get addresses or disseminate addresses. He cannot go within 10 yards of where children gather or congregate, including schools, parks or day care centers."

I think this is the guy Glenn Beck had on his radio show about a week ago. Glenn ripped him a new ass, and Glenn’s producer told the guy he should be killed.

It's a pretty harsh punishment... name 3 places where kids aren't between your home and your workplace... for this punishment, if there's just one such location, he has to find a new way to work. Anything more, and he likely could never hold a job, and/or it could be reversed on appeal. Similar "not witihn X feet" punishments have been struck down before.

Gee whiz genius, why bother reading the entire article so that perhaps, maybe, almost, could be, it might give me a clue, as to what State this pertains to.
When will these people learn that pedophiles do not get better. Ever. They need to be kept out of society in prision or in permanent civil confinemnt in a mental hospital.
I have relatives who live in the area with children. The parents are all on the ‘look-out’ for him, and I wouldn’t be surprised if a not too small group of those parents got together and ...... (well - you know.)
