If such events developed I would tend to agree with your point of view.
Its as if some sort of secret promise was made (by JFK) back in October 1962 (Cuban Missile Crisis) to protect the governnment in Cuba.
He is dead. It’s a matter of when there’s an official announcement. He died around the 15th of August. He’s now on ice...but he is dead!!!!
Probably why they're not likely telling the truth about his likely death.

Sorry, but until they show the corpse, no one has any real proof he’s dead. He’s likely dying, suffering abd rightly so. But there’s no proof than people’s assumptions and guesswork.

Knowing the content of the film, I’d assume he’s showing a US waiting room, and folks having died, waiting for health care.
