Can you explain this some more? Yes, something is missing here. In the past I have set up many forecast/hind-cast meetings (20-40 attendees) at Holiday Inns (and others)in various locations and never was asked for proof of insurance. Then of course no one was scheduling a protest action, except the attendees who found the meetings boring! LOL
