I have read on FR that it is the black caucus that wanted to bring in groups from Somali. They settled some in Maine and apparently some in Minnesota.
That doesn’t make sense. It’s very cold in those places. These people have had a hard time adjusting and learning how to deal with such things as indoor plumbing, washing machines and electric stoves.
