These people want to cover up everything.

Did they use their leaded paint, they seem to have a lot of it.

Firstly, this is Taiwan(R.o.C), not China(P.R.C).

Secondly, it is common practice, even among American airlines, to cover/paint-over/hide names and logos on crashed aircraft. No one wants bad publicity.
