Take a poll of conservatives on this subject and you will find you’re dead wrong.
Most conservatives would be against a *federal* law in regards to owning a pit bull. Telling American citizens what dog they can own is just not in the federal govt’s spectrum of constitutional responsibilities. Check out our Constitution some time. It’s a great read.
I agree with Cobra. If we didn’t have so many laws controlling us then there would be more of these menaces out of our yards, kids still alive as well as many fewer serious hospital calls.
Conservatives do not believe in a nanny state.
There was a time when the words "accountability" and "responsibilty," did not have to be replaced by laws.
I think fat, ugly people should be thrown in jail because the sight of them causes me nightmares, and I'm now on suicide watch.
