Apparently the Brisbane Times and Sydney Morning Herald will not allow articles to be posted, due to copyright complaints ... so I've provided a link to the article.
The gist of the article is that a few radical feminist blogs (such as the Womens Space and Gentle Sprit) have recently been attacked and shut down in severe denial of service attacks.
It can be read at either the Sydney Morning Herald or the Brisbane Times.
Limbaugh undeniable truth of life #24 ...
Feminism was established so as to allow unattractive women easier access to the mainstream of society.

>> The people who did the hacking are probably from 420chan. They have an /i/ invasion board where they pick targets and harass them. Its more like clockwork orange type thuggery than say a mass movement of the patriarchy to put down women.
Yeah - I think that’s them.
The patriarchal bastards. Ha!
H
So they can show the world how victimized they are. Never try to bet on what crazy people will or will not do.
L
Not everything is a conspiracy ... any more than, as leftist blogs would have you believe, every terrorist threat level increase is a Bush-Cheney ploy for increased approval ratings.
There are obnoxious people in this world - including twits that would spend their time hacking a website where literally dozens of entirely irrelevant wacko radical feminist women gather.
It seems that 420chan.com has actually taken responsibility for the attack.

Heart is such a radfem. I really had no idea such people even existed.
She had a post once about how men envy women. I won’t go into details but it was hilarious.
Are they down now?
I need a good laugh.
My favorite radfem rant of all time was actually on the Biting Beaver blog (which was actually recently shut down) ...
... she went on and on (in two different blog entries) about the evil and inherent patriarchal oppression of penetration (exactly what it sounds like).
Its a wonder she can’t land herself a guy. That’s probably a deal-breaker for any man with any backbone at all.
H
“I Blame The Patriarchy” (iblamethepatriarchy.com) isn’t down ... and its hysterical (in every sense of the word).
Womensspace.org and bitingbeaver.blogspot.com are down, for the time being. Women’s Space has a backup blog at womensspace.wordpress.com, though ...
H
That’s funny!
I knew I’d get a laugh in here. Thanks.
or one of any kind...
I'm guessing that the feminists are doing this to themslves so that they can get free publicity, since no one likely reads their garbage anyway. This also helps these mentally ill people retain their victim status.
Nah - 420chan.com has already admitted to the attack. Apparently it was because one of the lunatic bloggers had said she wished she had aborted her son (because of his current use of pornography).
I still don’t understand why a website owner would attack her own site ... for publicity? This happened about two weeks ago, and has now created enough publicity that there have been 2 whole articles in two Australian newspapers (none in any American media). That’s hardly enough publicity to justify tearing apart your own website.
H
Thanks for the correction. Maybe her son also works for 420Chan. I’ve learned long ago that trying to reason with the mentally ill is an exercise in futility. Better they just stay ignored.
I know many on FR think this photo is funny, but I don’t. I think of how I would feel if it was held up behind some of our wonderful female FReeper activists.
At a protest for a REAL reason, I agree it would be offensive. As someone else pointed out, this is a doctored photo, the original one did not have the word ‘bitch’ in it. At the protest this was taken from, it was perfectly appropriate satire(minus hte word bitch of course).

The sign wouldn’t make sense held up behind Freeper women ... because the vast majority of freeper women are loving wives that would gladly iron a shirt if their husband needed it - probably with only a kind request, and the request may not even necessary (my wife, for instance, tends to know things well before I do).
Conservative women love their husbands as much as conservative men love their wives ... and, like a conservative man, a conservative woman will generally go out out of her way to be a loving spouse.
Generally speaking, feminist women love no one but themselves (and occasionally, other feminist women ... though certainly not women that disagree with them).
H
Do you ever iron your wife’s shirts?
No. But I do the things she needs me to do ... (fix and maintain the cars, mow the lawn, pay the bills, etc.). And, she does the things I need her to do. That one just happens to be something that she does.
This isn’t an argument about domestic division of labor ... its about respect for your spouse (or for anyone but yourself).
And - its a joke. I’m not arguing that the poster at the protest was a highly crafted argument ... its a joke, and a fairly crude one. And, like most humor, it is funny because its based on a grain of truth ... that feminist women are, generally speaking, among the most self-centered people on this planet.
For those feminists that are married, their marriages are rarely about what they can do to provide happiness for their spouse ... instead they’re entirely about how the marriage is affecting them (how their spouse is oppressive, or what he’s doing to end patriarchy, or whatever). They’d slit their wrists before ironing a shirt for a man (the oppressive bastard). [Which, incidentally, is why I never could’ve married a feminist ... I don’t want to debate womens’ sufferage everytime I ask if she’d kindly make me a sandwich].
Like I said, the joke wouldn’t make sense at a protest populated by conservative women.
