We've know for a long time that time near the event horizon slows down. This is not a new concept. Traveling within a loop at gravity that dense is not a big jump.

So if you build it and turn it on, you (and everyone near you) gets sucked into a black hole like thing? LOL great idea, hope no one living in Texas ever builds the darn thing.
