I think Steve Lonegan has jumped the shark. The only thing under big tents are a lot of hot air and clowns.

The center poles of the Republican tent have been: Pro-life, pro-freedom, pro-self-government (as opposed to big government), pro-national security/sovereignty, pro-family, pro-morality.
If they're allowed to pull out the center poles, the tent will be flat on the ground, and useless. And America will be a whole lot worse off.
