Libertarian ping! To be added or removed from my ping list freepmail me or post a message here.I am not sure what the problem is. It just requires that film makers keep records available for inspection. I thought they were already required to do so under 18 U.S.C 2257.

I oppose child porn and am revulsed by it as much as the next person, but just like gun laws, it won’t do a thing about those who are breaking the law as it is, they won’t abide by this.
