WND frequently recycles old news, usually in conjunction with trying to sell some book or other.

Generally you are correct. However in this instance the article is dated from February, it is not presented as a new story. Therefore I'm not sure it's fair to bust WND for "recycling a story". I think the recycling was done by the original poster...
