A key suspect in the brutal killings of three college students in Newark was arrested early yesterday in Oxon Hill, where authorities found the 24-year-old Nicaraguan man among a group drinking beer and getting tattooed in a filthy apartment furnished with little more than mattresses on the floor.

Build the Fence Now!
To: TexasCajun
He said that when police took Godinez away, he yelled, "MS-13 forever."

Shooting these animals in the back of the head just doesn’t seem punishment enough for what they did to these young people and their families.

If any of you have not seen the existing fence..it is worth a visit if you are in Socal.
You can see it up near Brown Field..got to Britania Ave. and turn South. At the end is the double fence with the patrol road in between.
This fence works..gives the Border patrol a smooth path to move quickily on and is difficult to scale.
Now you see why they tunnel to get under it.

I pray we will stay strong in our efforts to get rid of this filth. I have nothing against Mexicans and by far most of them are decent hard working people but we simply have to be able to pick and choose who we let into this country. Not to do so assures that this type of garbage will continue to steel from a murder innocent Americans. Our elected leaders were soft on this issue until a few months ago we need to keep sending the message.

I hear the “Newark diversity worshippers feel terrible the killers they worked so hard to free are behind bars, including :
(1) Dumb Dora Dow, Essex County Prosecutor Paula Dow (who cant even read her job description),
(2) Judge Vena (who said so what when he heard Carranze did not have a SS#), and,
(3) Margarita Rivera (assistant Essex County prosecutor who handled Carranzas 31 counts of child sexual assault case which set him free to kill)
These sap-happy diversity pals in Newark government, in Newark L/E and in the Newark judiciary are planning a welcome home party for the fellas——ordering in taco platters and a kilo of tequila for the festivities.
Mayor Booker is jubilant——the scavenger is already climbing on the backs of the bereaved to seek higher office.
What a sorry bunch of lowlifes-—killers and enablers alike.

So long as “innocent Americans” are afraid of these barbarians, and refuse to defend themselves, the situation will continue. Law enforcemnent can’t be everywhere, and defend everyone, all of the time. I hope we don’t want that kind of law enforcement.

(THE SECOND AMENDMENT, A MATTER OF FACT, NOT A MATTER OF OPINION)
To: ontap
"While the issue of the border fence constituted a huge portion of Hunter's 40-minute presentation, it was not the only issue discussed. Hunter expressed his discontent with the NAFTA Highway, a 12-lane super highway that would connect Mexico with Canada, cutting right through the heartland of the United States. Hunter noted he offered an amendment barring the administration from building this highway, arguing that it is foolish to let Mexican truck drivers on American roads. "We will have people behind the wheel with criminal records and have no way of knowing about it," commented Hunter. And on the same token, Hunter said he would like to see NAFTA repealed. Hunter also said that as president he would pardon Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean, the border security agents jailed for trying to apprehend a Mexican drug smuggler. As for the 12 million illegal immigrants already in the nation, Hunter told the crowd, "They have to go home.""
NO compromise, NO "determining who is here", NO "deal", NO "aspirations of citizenship" for the illegal aliens already here.

They don’t need one — it’s worse to have to live under Corzine.

Godinez is believed to be a ringleader in the killings that shocked Newark and the rest of the nation with their incomprehensible brutality, authorities said. Police have said the students were forced to kneel against a wall behind an elementary school before being shot in the head. Cellphones and jewelry were taken from them, and two were slashed in the face with either a knife or a machete. Better get used to it because this is the human garbage that the fed.gov and associated globalists want to put in a public school seat next to your kid while paying a bi-lingual teacher too much money to pretend they are learning.
Seems as though I remember a set of similar circumstance
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.
I would say that the never ending underhanded attempts to subvert the constitution and get amnesty for 30 million criminal illegal alien border and immigration law violators qualifies as pursuing invariably the same object.
Our current government is a government that is out of control. They have total disregard for RULE ONE.
RULE ONE.
from the consent of the governed.

New York, January 16, 2006) New Jerseys governor tomorrow is scheduled to sign into law a temporary moratorium on the death penalty in the state. Governor Richard Codey and state legislators should now move forward to permanently abolish this arbitrary and inherently cruel punishment, Human Rights Watch said today.
This moratorium will remain in place at least until a commission appointed by the governor reports on the cost and fairness of the states death penalty. Currently, there are 10 people on death row in New Jersey.

seems all death penalty sentences are on hold.
Too bad they couldn't put a hold on the death of their victims.
