Let me tell you about my mother

From Enigmas of 3/11 by Luis del Pino. Chapter 13

THE HOUSE OF MORATA

Published in Libertad Digital www.libertaddigital.com on October 12th 2005.

A few weeks ago, we Spaniards have known the sentence against Al Qaeda's Spain cell, accused of collaborating in the preparation of the New York attacks. One of the persons found guilty was Mohamed Needl Acaid, aka Abu Nidal.

Abu Nidal was born on March 1st 1967, was Syrian, as were many of the indicted in that same trial against Al Qaeda. Just as many others prosecuted, he was married with a Spanish woman, Nayat Fadal Mohamed, from Ceuta [Spanish city in Northern Africa]. The marriage formed by Abu Nidal and Nayat plays, as we will see, an important role in the events surrounding the attacks of March 11th.

The Purchase of the House

In the year 1997, Abu Nidal bought an estate near the road from Morata to Titulcia, in the town of Chinchón, near Madrid, inscribing that property under the name of his wife Nayat, whom he has married in division of property regime. It is the famous house in which it was told us that the bombs of 3/11 were prepared. In that estate, Abu Nidal built a little one floor house, and four other small auxiliary ones. Four years after the purchase, in November 2001, the Police arrested Abu Nidal because of his relation with the Al Qaeda cell in Spain.

The First Rental

According to the testimony of the owner of the house [Nayat] to the Police, at the beginning of 2002 she entrusted Abu Nidal's brother, called Mohamed, and his friend Walid Altarakji with the task of finding a tenant because she had few economic resources.

In October of that same year, 2002, a woman came to the house of Morata to rent it. The owner says that she supposes that that person came as a consequence of the work done by the two Syrian middlemen Walid and Mohamed, because in the estate there was no sign that indicated that the house was to let.

This woman, who rented the house in the end of 2002, was the wife of Mustafa Maimouni, brother-in-law of The Tunisian. Mustafa was arrested in 2003 because of his alleged relation with the Casablanca attacks. Today he is in jail in Morocco.

The Second Rental

As a consequence of the arrest of Maimouni, that house was empty again around the middle of year 2003, thus the owner of the house calls again the two Syrian middlemen, Walid and Mohamed, to look for another tenant.

According to the testimonies before the Police and the judge, these people publish notices in a second hand ware newspaper and go to a real estate agency, owned by the Rostom brothers (also from Syrian origin) in which The Tunisian was working.

On January 28th 2004, thanks to Walid, Mohamed and The Tunisian, the house was rented again, this time to Jamal Ahmidan, aka El Chino, alleged 3/11 terrorist who later died in Leganes.

The World is So Small

Until here the official story. Analyzing it, one cannot but wonder how small is our world and how life is plenty of coincidences.

We have a house owned by a terrorist closed to Al Qaeda that is rented only twice: the first time to an alleged terrorist (Mustafa Maimouni) jailed on an alleged role in the attacks of Casablanca, and the second one to Jamal Ahmidan, allegedly involved in the Madrid Train bombings.

Moreover, the first time, the house is rented to the brother-in-law (Maimouni) of one of the workers of the real estate agency that is involved in the second rental.

Evidently, this chain of events happened not by chance, but may attend some causes:

• or the owner of the house of Morata carried out the orders of her husband Abu Nidal, jailed on charges of collaboration with Al Qaeda.

• or either the Syrian middlemen (Walid and Mohamed, the brother of Abu Nidal) offered the house to alleged terrorists, hiding that fact to the owner.

• or the Tunisian casually met these Syrian middlemen and "gave" the house, first to his brother-in-law and then to El Chino

Note that all three probable causes can happen at the same time.

The Best of the Offenders

Taking into account that The Tunisian died in Leganes, he is to everyone the easiest offender to charge with the crime. In the end, he cannot argue against the blame that he was the "black hand" behind those rentals. This is what has happened in the summary of the judge.

The owner of the house (who had a good lawyer, Yamila Pardo [Yamila Pardo-Candela]) was not even arrested. The two Syrian middlemen were arrested on March 29th 2004 and released three days later. In his testimony before the Police, carried out in perfect Spanish, Mohamed (the brother of the terrorist Abu Nidal) cleverly brings into the light Jadicha Candela [mother of Yamila], sister-in-law of Joaquin Almunia [prominent Socialist, presidential candidate and now commissioner of Economy in the European Union]. On the contrary that what happened to most of people arrested regarding 3/11, the Police did not request an extension of the isolation period for the two Syrians, thus both (Walid and Mohamed) gave their testimony before the judge on April 1st 2004.

Mohamed, who had declared before the Police that he did not need a translator (since he speaks perfect Spanish), declares on April 1st before Judge Del Olmo in Arab. In this testimony he says that "he feels like the Spaniards; he is married with a Spanish girl and has a son; even he has tried to get into a political party in Spain because he feels very Spanish". Regarding the other middleman, Walid, he declared (as did Mohamed) that he does not know anything about why that house was rented twice to terrorists. Both middlemen were released the next day on an order from Judge Del Olmo.

Above All, Kindness

The exquisite politeness used to treat the owner of the house and the two middlemen by the Police is striking, in contrast with the treatment received by other people arrested. However, the surprise is even greater as we read in the summary the bizarre circumstances that happened during the search in the flat of Mohamed, the brother of Abu Nidal.

At 6:00 PM on March 30th, the day after the arrests of Walid and Mohamed, members of the UCIE (Central Unit of Foreign Information of the Police) went to the house of the brother of Abu Nidal to proceed with a search. I transcribe literally the beginning of the Search Act, because it is memorable:

The agents of the UCIE found difficulties trying to enter into the flat; it was not possible to open the door in spite of various attempts, since a key was put inside the lock from the other side. Five or ten minutes later, after ringing the bell several times, the wife of the arrested opened the door. A strong burnt-like smell was felt. The wife of the arrested [Mohamed] said that she had burnt a book. That book, written in Arab, was not important, but anyways she was afraid. She gave us immediately a rucksack plenty of burnt papers.

Isn't it moving? The Police goes to search in the house of a person arrested by its alleged role in the 3/11 attacks, a middlemen in the successive rentals of the Morata house to two alleged terrorists... and, as a key is inserted from the inner side of the door's lock, instead of bringing it down, the Police politely ring the bell for five or ten minutes, meanwhile the wife of the person arrested burns papers inside the house. Admirable and civilized Police behaviour! This is the only case in all the 3/11 summary of document burning before a search. Did the judge know this before hearing the testimony of the two Syrian middlemen, on April 1st, and ordering to release them?

I have to admit I am confused. Churchill said that "democracy means that if the doorbell rings in the early hours, it is likely to be the milkman". But, if this is democracy, what kind of regime is the one that, if the Police rings the bell in the late afternoon, you have five or ten minutes to burn compromising documents, in spite of being an alleged terrorist... as long as you know the right people?

--------------------------------------

By J Aguilar,

Not a democracy, evidently.

Well, this is the known link between Al Qaeda and 3/11. Don’t try to find it in the MSM, which so much like to talk about Al Qaeda in other cases. Those barebone facts are only available for you in Internet.

Moreover, these data prompts very interesting questions, a hypothesis and some conclusions:

· If there is a link between the alleged perpetrators of 3/11 and the jailed Al Qaeda cell in Spain, why are not these Al Qaeda members indicted in the Madrid Train Bombings case?

We must recall investigative Judge Del Olmo arrested well above 100 people, mostly Muslims, on charges of being linked with that attack (each one of those detentions was well publicised by the MSM, though only 29 were finally indicted). It is remarkable that in this arresting spree Judge Del Olmo played for the world, the wife of a convicted Al Qaeda member wasn’t included and the investigation on the relation of the Al Qaeda cell in Spain with the alleged perpetrators was never carried out. Instead, an unstructured Moroccan terrorist group was blamed.

The volunteers investigating the 3/11 case are not afraid of talking about Al Qaeda, on the contrary: if we believe the Official Version, and Jamal Ahmidan was the leader of the perpetrators, why isn’t the Spanish cell of Al Qaeda in the dock, when there are defendants that have spent three years and a half in jail just because of some contradictory witnesses’ testimonies? Why don’t the MSM talk about this link when they so much like to chat about Al Qaeda: Al Qaeda here, Al Qaeda there, Al Qaeda in Northern Africa…? Maybe a little shy of having to mention a prominent Socialist party member with responsibilities in the European Union?

· If we leave aside the Official Version, now awaiting the signature of an activist judge, and assume the barebone facts on the life of Jamal Ahmidan, published by Luis del Pino in the chapter 12 of his Enigmas. He was not an Islamist (he had a Spanish woman that smokes, wears a piercing on her lip and leather trousers and a son studying in a Catholic school), and he did not have any direct relation to the attacks, because he celebrated the Catholic Father’s day in the house he had rented in Morata one week after the attacks, on March 19th, among other things.

Then, what was he doing in a house that had only been in the hands of alleged or convicted terrorists? In my opinion, the best hypothesis that fits the data is that he was being framed. The Official Version needed a scapegoat to link some police confidents that allegedly trafficked with drugs and dynamite in Northern Spain and some Islamist Usual Suspects in Madrid. Jamal Ahmidan travelled often from the Spanish capital to Northern Spain, where he allegedly distributed hash.

Moreover, it is uncommon to sign a renting contract in Spain, because it would be included in the income tax declaration of the lender. It is a widespread fraud. Then, we cannot avoid asking ourselves that being Jamal Ahmidan a hash trafficker, why he signed it on the house of Morata on January 28th 2004. Was someone trying to establish a hard link between him and some Islamists? What was the actual role of Real Estate Managements Arconsa in the rent? Check that this would mean that the preparations for the deception after the attack were going on at least six weeks before it, which has far reaching implications.

· Last but not least, these data proves that the Spanish Security Forces knew well the house of Morata before 3/11, because it had appeared in two previous investigations, the one concerning Al Qaeda member Mohamed Needl Acaid, aka Abu Nidal, and the other about The Tunisian’s brother, arrested in Morocco.

Taking into account that the National Police had also identified on March 12th that the SIM card of the mobile phone found in a backpack that wanted to look like a bomb which appeared among some personal belongings of the victims of the trains, had been activated within range from the Morata mobile phone base station, what the Official Version says about the Police “discovering” of that house more than one week later simply does not fulfil the Laws of Logic, bringing down also the credibility of some police confidents which contributed to the search that, maybe for a better dramatization, was carried out with the contribution of a helicopter.

This is not a surprise, because we Spaniards know, since the 1980’s and the Dirty War against ETA, that there are members of the Spanish Security Forces that only follow their own laws. Prime Minister Aznar made a big mistake thinking there was no way they could react against his policies. In the end, it seems that, as during the Franco dictatorship, Spain is still ruled by people in uniform: it has just changed its color.

I am sorry but I cannot translate everything that is translated about the case.

Lattest month’s news have made this chapter of Luis del Pino Enigmas especially interesting to understand the plot that followed the attack.

Someday, our country will realize that we cannot talk with these terrorists. There’s only one way to handle them and that’s eliminate them completely. We’re not going to be able to talk with Syria, Iran, Palestine, etc. It doesn’t make any difference what our politicians say. Dialog with these people will not work and they will use it against it. We will get hit again and again until we decide that this is enough and “Really” go to an all out war. That’s why we need to build our military back to war time levels.

Some of those places need to turned back into desert.

I agree, six months of work can put up a hell of a facade. Especially if your deception is only part of a larger, high-level cover-up. And thanks to the mental laziness of much of the world, not just Spain, it seems to be working.

So now, ETA is off the table, al-Qaeda is there “in theory” and you have some odd group of Moroccans that no one seems to know about as your prime suspects, eh? This is more of a brain-twister than talking about cell phones. Whoever is pulling the strings in Spain is putting on an absurdist show worthy of a Fellini.

I should have said al Qaeda is there “in the background.” You can’t drop a name like abu Nidal without there being some connection to al Qaeda. But obviously, the Spanish government doesn’t want anyone taking too close a look at what it calls al Qaeda involvement.

RC2,

I agree with you. For them, dialog is a sign of weakness. Nevertheless, I consider right the strategy of tackling them one by one.

tanuki,

I think the world has adopted Al Qaeda as a synonim of evilness, which has allowed other evil people to carry out their plans undisturbed.

Regarding Al Qaeda involvement in 3/11, I think the question is far worse but in another sense. Al Qaeda did not participate in the attacks, because there were no suicide bombers on the trains, despite what candidate Zapatero told privately to the media. The question is that it seems that Socialist officials feel pretty good around some Islamists. There is some common ground, especially against right wing governments.

Please check that an important Dutch politician, Pim Fortuny, who urged stronger measures against Muslims that did not adapt to his country, was assassinated by a Leftist activist. We cannot discard some kind of alliance between “moderate” Islamists and the Left.

The Official Version is really absurd. So absurd that the link to Al Qaeda itself was kept hidden to the public. No rational being that analyzes it can believe it, even making strong efforts, but the bad guys control the media and whoever controls the media... well, that was before Internet came, now our minds are free to study the full complexity of our world ;-)

Your post #3 is clear, unambifuous, and I agree with you.

It IS time to reassemble our nukes, bring the B-52’s out of Davis Monthan, and make sure our cruise missile inventory is overstocked.
