Ann wasn’t “flustered”, she was set up and she turned the tables on her attackers by asking Mrs. edwards, “Doesnt your husband have the guts to speak for himself?”
ABC is lying, as usual.
To: Schatze
Ann is probably rolling her eyes.

Don’t worry Jonny, you won’t lose to Coulter.
To: Schatze
I can’t stand the trial lawyer breck girl, but did Coulter really say she wished he was killed in a terrorist plot?
To: Schatze
Well, my only question is how many Katrina refugees did the Breck Girl foreclose on this week?
To: Schatze
I don’t think Ann Coulter has ever been “flustered” in her life. And it would take a better man than Mrs. Edwards to do it!
But I see that the source is abc.com so what can ya expect?
To: Schatze
I’m sure she is concerned about that. Esp after his wife kept demanding apologies from her for her husband.

They're going to attack us personally," Edwards said. "They attacked Elizabeth personally, because she stood up to that she-devil Ann CoulterA perfect example of the hypocrisy of the left.

Thank God for Ann Coulter.
And John Edwards got off easy with any comments Ann has ever made about him. He should hear some of mine that I make offline. hahahahhaa

...for suggesting in a joke before the Conservative Political Action Conference that Edwards was a "faggot." Golly, within the provided context, this sounds pretty bad. Worse then the incident I'm think they are referencing.
Its kind of the way legends are made I suppose. The story is repeated in an echo chamber until it morphs into what is desired.

It would have been nice if ABC had made a tiny little attempt to explain what Ann’s remark meant, instead of reporting it out of context. You know, just like they reported Edward’s “I shouldn’t name-call” remark.
I guess that’s just expecting too much.

Edwards is clearly desperate for attention and fundraising dollars.

Just another example of Edwards being unable to handle himself in the political arena. When he's not sending Elizabeth out to defend him, he's whining because someone called him the Breck Girl or poopy pants.
Hopefully, both of his supporters realize that leaders don't send their spouses out to defend their honor or whine when someone bests them.

I don’t think that Ann is off in a corner whimpering over it.
