What makes you think I'm going anywhere if Paul doesn't get the nomination?
Hell, you could've said the same thing when I called GWB a centrist (which he was and still is) before you were even at FR.
Funny, I'm still here.
Ron Paul bashers offer way too much drama for my tastes.

There it is! You didn't let me down...keep it coming! I love this.

You guys are great! LOL

How surprising that Jim Condit Jr., ardent Ron Paul supporter, believes that Jews were responsible for 9/11 instead of al-Qaeda.

You made the assertion - back it up.

Since you're so impatient to get my answer immediately instead of giving me a little time as I had asked before this latest demand, here it is.

Now....since I have answered your question. please back up this claim:

he [Paul] publicly encouraged it.

Since you demanded an immediate answer from me, and I did so, I assume that you will do the same.

You neglect the Leftist Moonbats FOR Ron Paul (at least in the Republican primary).

I’ve actually had ‘Romulan ale’ at the Star Trek bar in Vegas’s Sheraton Hotel....
Morbidly curious here: did it taste like snake pee? I don’t know what snake pee tastes like, but I always figured I would, if I ever drank Romulan ale....

Tasted like a flat ale...that said, if you are ever in Vegas, I highly recommend ‘Quarks’ bar. Full ‘hollywood’ makeup, some interesting conversations overheard between the actors, and they routinely try to involve us ‘humans’ in their debates.

It was a lot of fun, even if your not a ‘Trekie’.

Well.....it might be fun for Paul dectractors but even his strongest critics admit that he has nothing to do with encouraging this complaint, precisely the opposite. Now.....can we actually consider what Paul believes on the issues?

I fear you didn't tell the whole truth Captain.

blockquote>The Iowa GOP said the straw poll is fraud-proof.

At a Creston restaurant, Paul greeted people Wednesday and hoped some of them would vote for him at the Ames straw poll.

"It's pretty important and if we do well, we'll certainly send a strong signal, but I have no idea how well I'll do," Paul said. "We're doing our very best," Paul said.

Paul campaign staffers acknowledge asking Iowa Republican leaders to count paper ballots in the straw poll as well as using voting machines.

They said the Diebold machines to be used have been decertified in other states.

On a Des Moines radio show, the leader of a group called Voterfraud.org., who is also a Paul supporter, threatened to file a lawsuit over the machines.

Paul said he doesn't know anything about a possible lawsuit and would not want one if it's frivolous.

"Everyone wants an honest election," Paul said. "So if there's a question, this is the time the question should be asked."

Clearly he and his campaign staff supported the questions raised by the suit.

Personal insults? My message had no personal insults....What is your point? Guilt by association? Believe it or not, not all Paul supporters, nor dare I say all supporters of your candidate, engage in personal insults. We also don’t use that fact to avoid dialogue.

LOL - read my post. I never accused you of personal insults and as far as I know, you haven't leveled any.

I debated Paul's stance on some things way back when and that's what I was referring to. I long ago quit banging my head against that wall and as I said, I'm just here for the fun. Hey, give me credit for being honest. Heeheehee

But thank you for that reaction. ;-)

By the way, who is my candidate?

The first one’s a doozie.

Oh, yeah! That's why I linked it first. It was about half-way down the Google page (I did the same as you and did a Google search on him).

Some others are pretty enlightening, too.

OMG I remember hearing about this guy in 2006 as I live in Ohio. Some of the foulest ads, ever.

I lived up the street, and went to school with Condit’s oldest son.

He’s ate up with the goofies, and its had a bad effect on his own family....thing is, I don’t think he ever noticed.

intersting smear tactic there. Try this: Some freepers call for nuking Mecca (killing thousands of babies)....therefore it is not surprising that wideawake is a freeper. A silly claim? Yes....but your Condit smear is just as silly. Now....if you want to discuss what Ron Paul actually believes.....lets' have a rational dialogue.

He apparently ran for Congress (at least once) in a district near Cincinnati. That may be where the adds came from. But he's also been involved in the voter fraud issue over the years, as has his dad.

See 87. He opposed is before he supported it. Or vice versa, who can parse his words.

The left does this “stolen election” stuff sooooo much better. They should read, learn and repeat them instead of improvising. Disappointing effort.

See post 22 for Ron Paul's left wing voting record.

Interestingly I see nothing wrong with that voting record and nothing left wing about it. Why? Because most of that nonsense is not the business of the national government. Course that's just the Federalist in me that recognizes the responsibility and powers of the separate and sovereign states as outlined in the Constitution under the 10th Amendment.

What we need to do is some redefinition for the 'conservatives' around here

1) Conservative- Classical liberal in the sense of Jefferson, states rights and the power belongs to the states unless specifically prohibited by the Constitution. Also tend to not to believe in Wilsonian nonsense (i.e. spreading democracy to the 'savages').

2) 'Conservative' -- Nationalists in the strain of that ass Hamilton (who advocated for a monarchy during the Convention BTW). Sees no use in the states and believes all issues should be decided by 537 hacks in Washington DC. The problem with this of course is that different states have different standards. For example NC is going to see the issue of homosexuality different than say Massachusetts. This is understood and Mr. Madison clarified the position and power of the states in Federalist 45. However, 'conservatives' are moral authoritarian absolutists who believe the law should punish those who don't believe as they do (much like New England Puritans). Whether or not the issue itself is wrong is beside the point. What is the point is what the government can or should do about it. Also ardent supporters of globalist government as long as 'we' (the collective American nation) are in control (see American hegemony and Bill Kristol's nonsensical writings)

'Conservatives' can be lumped in with modern liberalism as they also support Progressive acts of the early 20th century and the only difference between modern liberals and these hacks is not if something should be done, but what should be done.

Now you can choose to twist, call names, do whatever you like but this goes back to the original argument between Mr. Jefferson and Hamilton. Are we a Constitutional Republic or not?

Please don't bother replying wa. The Paulhaters don't debate the facts, they only have one liners in return

It is so nice to see that big fat ZERO after your name! Are you having a nice big-headed Guinness right now?

Truth be told, in regard to the article above . . . perhaps I need me some big-headed Guinness too, but I cannot for the life of me figure out WTF that said.

Heck, this rates a bourbon! But only one :)

Hey, it occurs to me that I just started my vacation today. I can have a bourbon. Heck, I can have two of 'em. ;-)

Wonder what's in my mini-bar? Haven't looked yet. Hmmmm....

I did read it. I asked you some specific questions and instead answering me you took a detour and related your experiences with Paul supporters which I have nothing to do with.

Well then, go for it! I hope you can get good bourbon over there. I'm partial to Elijah Craig, myself.
