No way is it within the scope of the states powers to require paid government employees to aid and abet ongoing violations of federal law.
Presidential candidates must demand prosecution for every public official who fails to perform the stated duties of government jobs.
===============================================
The failure of public employees on the government payroll to perform their stated jobs is a felony. As follows:
Public employees on the government payroll, and their co-conspirators, may have committed actionable offenses under Penal Law .135.60 COERCION IN THE SECOND DEGREE (a Class A misdemeanor).
PENAL LAW 135.60 (Committed on or after September 1, 1967) is Coercion in the Second Degree.
When an individual uses or abuses his/her position as a public servant by performing some act within or related to his or her official duties, or by failing or refusing to perform an official duty, in such manner as to affect some person adversely.
Perform any (other) act which would not in itself materially benefit the actor but which is calculated to harm another person materially with respect to his or her health, safety, business, calling, career, financial condition, reputation or personal relationships.

The term(s), ("crime"), ("public servant") used in this definition has its own special meaning in our law.
PUBLIC SERVANT means any public officer or employee of the state or of any political subdivision thereof or of any governmental instrumentality within the state, or any person exercising the functions of any such public officer or employee.
The term public servant includes a person who has been elected or designated to become a public servant.
8/16 A breakdown in public safety EDITORIAL by the Asbury Park Press on 08/16/07 Jose Carranza was already indicted twice this year 31 counts involving the sexual assault of a grade-school child and nine more from a bar fight before being charged in the Aug. 4 murder of three college students in Newark. But his status as an illegal immigrant had not been reported to federal authorities. Carranza was out on $150,000 bail, reduced from $300,000. That's a ridiculously low amount considering the nature of the charges against him sexual assault of a girl starting in 2003 when she was 5 years old. And it was posted by a bail bondsman. Carranza is in this country illegally. It should not have been so easy for him to be out on the street following two felony indictments. With the federal government's failure to enact policies to address problems caused by illegal immigration, 41 states have enacted their own laws. New Jersey is not one of them.
Here's one the Legislature should pass immediately: Law enforcement must be required to notify federal authorities when anyone charged with a felony is identified as an illegal immigrant. Senate President Richard Codey, D-Essex, asked Attorney General Anne Milgram to review the cases of Carranza and fellow suspect Rodolfo Godinez to see if mistakes were made. We can answer that one: Absolutely. Carranza shouldn't have been in this country. He should not have been walking the streets after two separate criminal arrests. Godinez is a permanent resident, but that status was granted in 2001 despite several arrests another mistake. Godinez, who hasn't been apprehended, jumped bail following a 2002 robbery and has been a fugitive since.
Other states have passed laws that provide stricter handling of illegal immigrants turned over to the justice system and
A cut-off of ALL federal funds to sanctimonious self-righteous “sanctuary cities” would cause a firestorm of liberal cries of racism, injustice, and in sensitivity to the poor!.............. I like it........
Cut-off federal funds to sanctuary-cities... abolish the anchor-baby ruling... and STRICTLY ENFORCE all existing laws regarding illegals.
BUMP-TO-THE-TOP!
Just a ploy, “fool the sheeple”.
There are damn few politicians I trust anymore on any subject.
If a politician tells you the sun comes up in the east and sets in the west, you’d better double check.
I’ve asked folks I’ve met from around the world what they think of politicians from their home country and to a one they all say they are crooks.
I believe you have to change the Constitution to do something about anchor babies. Not that it shouldn’t happen, but I believe that’s the only legal way to do it. Unless of course we want the SC to legislate from the bench which I think we’ve had enough of.
Clearly, these invaders and their cadres of co-conspirators are (a) publicly and privately conspiring against the US government and (b) committing hate crimes against America and Americans.
It's time Americans victimized by these invaders have OUR rights enforced by federal law. Anyone who spews hate and discontent about OUR country, who marches in mobs, holds up hate signs, and publicly proclaims they will violate US law, should be penalized (and shall be excluded from holding US citizenship).
It's time to penalize anyone on American soil who (a) conspires to undermine the US government, and (b) commits hate crimes against America and Americans.
===================================================
Tancredo or Hunter should be called upon to initiate federal legislation that would impose severe penalties for foreigners undermining the US government and committing hate crimes against Americans (crimes like stealing our identities, cloning our cell phones, fraudulently registering/voting, and looting the tax assets of Americans).
Hate Crimes Against Americans---Undermining the US government.
1 - Invaders' using illegal ID or documents
2 - Invaders' Federal income tax evasion
3 - Re-entry into USA after deportation
4 - Obtain/Operate vehicles with illegal ID
5 - ID theft/fraud - Social Security fraud
6 - Knowingly gaining employment fraudulently
7 - Recruiting other illegal aliens workers
8 - Transporting illegal aliens across the border
9 - Harboring &/or housing illegal aliens on American soil
10 - Endangering Americans by undermining US national security
11 - Registering/Voting using fraudulent documentation
12 - Conspiracy to violate federal statutes
13 - Uttering false statements to public officials
14 - Obstructing law enforcement
15 - Sham marriages to avoid deportation
=================================================
FReepers should emphasize to lawmakers that Americans are demanding:
Federal grounds for expulsion from US soil
Federal grounds for denying citizenship
Provisional federal citizenship laws
Severe penalties for committing Hate Crimes Against Americans
Severe penalties for conspiring against, and undermining, the US government.
When you’ve got them by the dollars their hearts and minds will follow.
Man, let's do this NOW.....anything to get liberals' panties in a twist. Love to see 'em squirm.
Maybe. I don't care if he is saying it to get elected or not. As long as he does it. Rudy the Rino is planning on securing the border and "regularizing" the Mexican swim team members who are already here.

The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary.

Giving power and money to Congress is like giving liquor and car keys to teenage boys.

Compromise is: getting rid of your principles a little bit at a time.

'We' need a few thousand CITIZENS who can show direct harm by Illegals protected by Sanctuary Cities to file thousands upon thousands of Class Action lawsuits against the cities and politicians. They'll be loses for sure at first but so were the first suits against 'big tobacco', etc. But eventually a judge somewhere will let the suits proceed.
And given that Rooty was the biggest illegal enabler and who publicly flaunted US law (like in his lawsuits against the G ) - he and NYC should be the first target (civil statute of limitations haven't expired yet).
The only caveat is that said citizen better be as squeaky clean as an Eagle Scout as the enemy will dig up every piece of dirt and sick rumor about the plaintiff.
We can put up Space Stations—Rebuild Iraq and Afganistan
But in the 21st century we can’t build a FENCE
This is criminal on Bush and Congress’s part
Like Ike said, “beware the military industrial complex”.
Used to be the Soviet Union was the boogie man. Then Sadman insane in Iraq was the boogie man.
Now it is extremist islamists are the boogie man.
We need turmoil and worry to help keep all those dollars going to all those weapons manufacturers.
This is pointless.
ROMNEY CARE would mean the employeer gets screwed being required to carry healthcare costs.
Not that you hire illegals, but since employers have to subsidize the costs WE STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE ILLEGALS USING THE EMERGENCY ROOM AS A DOCTOR”S OFFICE.
If you really want to do this right you cut of ALL federal funds to the city. And I mean all. That means nothing gets mailed out to any zip code within a city. That means no social security, no welfare, no nothing. You get a check from the federal government, it’s gone. You elect traitors, pay the price.
Kissinger like so many only carries truth when his hand is in the till.
