Seems to me that if groups are joining together to help people circumvent the laws of the United States of America, they could be deemed to colluding to commit crimes. And if some of those who are sneaking into this nation were found to be terrorists, those who may have helped them or are seeking to help them should receive a visit from homeland security. I hear Jose Padilla is looking for a cell-mate.

This could be a RICO violation, at least a "conspiracy to obstruct justice."

"Justice" is the carrying out of law enforcement.

The laws do in fact exist, already, there is no debate over whether they should be in force or not. The purpose is to subvert established law, by conspiring in a group. This is criminal and it is racketeering.

Organizing to change laws is one thing, but specifically organizing to thwart laws and provide ways for individuals to escape prosecution (justice) are clearly illegal acts. I think Judicial Watch or some other such group should threaten MALDEF with a lawsuit.
