Carbajal-Lile has had previous addresses in Fredonia and Plymouth; and is possibly living in the Sheboygan area at this time, according to the statement.
"If anyone has knowledge of where this individual is, please contact your local law enforcement agency as soon as possible," the statement says.
The crash victim, identified as Paul B. Watry, 17, of Port Washington, died today at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa.
The crash occurred at Highway 32 and County Highway V on Tuesday night.

I agree it is very sad.
I know. Thank you for your kind words. He has lost 2 friends in two summers. He is too young to lose friends like this.
Please tell your daughter she is in our thoughts and prayers. My son is with his Dad and cannot be here to grieve with his friends, but will be back Saturday. I am sure all of our children will be affected by this horrible event. I refuse to use the word accident. This creep killed someone without a thought or concern.
This shit has got to stop, before I lose it!!!
I wish I knew the answer.....
So come on D.C. is 57,000 plus innocent dead enough, or do you people in D.C. want the number to go to 100,000 plus innocent dead, here at home, inside our nation's borders?
So far no answer......
D.C. is becoming a waste of time, as are the local and state politicians. I bet someone will invite me to pick up a firearm, but they will be too late. I have one.
hi dad. thanks for posting this.
“Who knows what this young man may have contributed to our nation, had his life not been taken.”
on his facebook tribute, it says “Paul was a musician who planned on opening musics stores all across the nation once he had graduated college.” i miss him already, and my prayers go out to everybody else who was affected by this. a lot of people loved him.
Paul encouraged my son to learn guitar. I wish I could take this pain from all of you. He drove around a happy, positive kid. We have lost a young man, a friend. Every local station carried the story tonight. Said the guy coud still be in the Sheboygan area but that reports had him heading to Mexico.
If you hear anything about services, could you freep mail me? I know my son and some others would like to attend if it is open to them.
May God comfort you!
Paul will pray for you from heaven!
