Leave him alone. It’s his cultural right to drink himself into a near-stupor and then terrorize innocent citizens on the highway.

It’s the macho thing to do, doncha know.

Respect diversity!

We read these stories every day, and I am ready to come unglued with our government. I am so fed up with reading about all these illegals getting more than one chance and continue to break our laws, kill Americans, get deported and come right back to do it all over again.

His blood alcohol level was three times the Texas legal limit

As we said when calling in the result of a 0.48% blood alcohol
from the lab I used to work in:
"Is this person still alive?".

Of course, he was a chronic drunk found stumbling arounds the
woods about half-a-mile from the car he totalled by running into
a tree.
Nice ending...he hit a tree instead of maiming/killing some
innocent folks.

Damn! What happened to all that “feds are taking an interest in preventing illegals coming across the borders” poop? All wind and no substance.

I hope someone files a RICO lawsuit against that illegal alien’s employer on behalf of that family.

What can we do about it? Here’s my standard post.

RICO —Citizen Recourse

Private persons and entities may initiate civil suits to obtain injunctions and treble damages against enterprises that conspire to or actually violate federal alien smuggling, harboring, or document fraud statutes, under the Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO). The pattern of racketeering activity is defined as commission of two or more of the listed crimes. A RICO enterprise can be any individual legal entity, or a group of individuals who are not a legal entity but are associated in fact, and can include nonprofit associations.

Here’s what I’ve been pushing: it’s time to file Racketeering, Influencing, and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) lawsuits.

RICO lawyers could turn it around in a few years and MAKE MONEY at the same time. I’m surprised they haven’t done it already.

In the absence of enforcement, we can get the word out in the meantime that there is money to be made in filing RICO lawsuits against employers who hire illegal aliens like this jerk.

Employers would have no trouble shutting down the border if they could get sued by someone under the RICO statutes for hiring these people in the first place. The next time an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or somesuch thing, I’m going to point out that the victim’s family might be able to seek compensation from the employer under these statutes in the hopes that it would catch on. If this did catch on, would see such a swift backlash against illegal immigration that no employer would go near these people and they’ll all simply want to go back home.

In my neck of the woods a guy wiped out three generations in a drunken driving wreck.......the grandparents, the parents, and the two kids, coming home from a baptism.

And no, he wasn't an illegal or even a Mexican.

To me this is a horrendous crime issue, not an illegal alien issue.....although our government's limp-d*ck response to unrestricted invasions from the south is certainly infuriating.

Let's ask Jorge W. if this is the kind of family values we want to import north of the Rio Grande.

"Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached." - Manuel II Palelologus

It’s time for the American people (if there are any left) to start demanding that these so-called “judges” be held responsible for crimes committed by known criminals when these “judges” let them go.
