-and I do not “hate” the Morman faith, I think it’s silly. There is a difference. The Morman “faith” taught that multiple wives were OK. Christianity has never condoned that. I do NOT understand it when the Muslims do it, nor that it was part of the history of the Morman faith.

You certainly have the right to think the Mormon faith is silly, just as I have the right to think your religion is silly and wrong. There are a lot of things that were taught in the Bible that would be thought of as weird now (sacrificing animals for one), but they were taught by God. Even the Phrases thought they knew more than Jesus about what was the truth about Christianity, but we all know they were wrong. Who are you to tell someone else what is correct and what is wrong as far as Christianity is concerned? Are you a modern Pharisee? God may very well tell us to do something that seems wrong or weird (like has been done in the past in the Bible).
You forgot that black people were cursed, too.
