You forgot that black people were cursed, too.

21 And he had caused the cursing to come upon them, yea, even a sore cursing, because of their iniquity. Second, the quote from 2Nephi has to do with the Lamanites of South America, not with blacks (ie of African descent). If that is what you are looking for try:
