No, they CAN deport them all.
Oh yes, we can deport them all. It just would take some national will, in which we’re currently sadly lacking.
Why not? Mexico did.
How does it make sense, for someone to break the law, and the punishment is to be released?
If I break into your house, should the sentence be to let me go someplace else?
Shouldn't I go to jail?
Get the illegals registered, and once registered, they should NEVER be allowed to vote, unless they leave the country and return through proper legal immigration channels.
If they break the law or are in a gang — GONE, immediately!
Do like IKE did — send them to Vera Cruz on ships (it took two ships in 1958, probably need at least 10 troop carriers today).
The illegals that haven’t been jailed — let them work as long as they get health insurance and a family doctor (vice hospital emergency rooms for routine doctor visits).
Wanna bet?
All look like red ‘x’s to me.
THEY CANT DEPORT US ALL
Well, we can! Let’s start a new wave of deportations with Chingo himself!
Hey, I got an idea!
ICE, INS, or whatever they want to be called — have 1 guy in a pickup truck go to Home Depot, ‘job work centers’, or anyone else you get a bunch of people congregating for jobs. Have the guy say he needs 10 people, load’em up, and go down the street, and then - have ICE/INS check their papers for proper authentication to work in this country. It’s the same type of thing that happens to prostitutes and johns, same idea. Why not? Once you arrest and then deport people, word gets around, and the illegals stop congregating there. They find out you CAN’T get a job without showing you are legal, and SHOULD work here.

Basically, Chingo is saying that there is no way in hell, no matter how hard the government tries, that you can physically deport all of the Mexicans here illegally. “I think that’s the part that is threatening to some people,” he says. “It’s just a reminder of ‘What if we’ — meaning Mexican-Americans — ‘all realized that there’s just so many of us that we can be strong if we get on a united front.’” (Chingo just cut a spot for Mun2 in Los Angeles that hammers this point home with special effects.)
If you identify yourselves as a United Front, then I will identify you as an invading army and demand that my nation's military respond to your army.
And it's not just the rednecks/Lou Dobbs/Minutemen crowd that has Chingo in its sights -- he's also being criticized by some Latinos in the hip-hop press. A blogger affiliated with the Soundofhiphop.com recently branded Chingo a "walking stereotype" and a "Latino jiggaboo." "The cat is actually an educated mofo, with college degrees and ish, so he does know what he's doing," wrote the blogger, who goes by "Goya." "He's not ignorant to the stereotypes he's perpetuating. Calling videos 'bideos' and just making everything around him a joke is just plain sad. Have we really gotten this far that we can walk around in cowboy boots, big ass hats selling tamales and drinking tequila?"[ snip ]
And whether or not the new, improved Chingo sticks with radio and the suits on Fifth Avenue in New York, don't expect the man himself to back down from anything he has said. Defiance is in his blood. "I've always been a little militant. My mom and dad raised me to believe in freedom of speech. At the end of the day, they raised a man, a guy who's not afraid of saying things 'cause it might be keepin' it too real.
Speech that is political isn't "militant" but speech that advocates violence and law breaking is. If he claims to be "militant" then he is a thug.

20-30% would be a helluva good start...Who knows how many lives might be spared by getting rid of just 10-20% of the criminal aliens here?

We dealt decisively with a similar situation once before...we need to start dealing with this one now
How Eisenhower solved illegal border crossings from Mexico-Operation Wetback
Influential politicians, including Sen. Lyndon B. Johnson (D) of Texas and Sen. Pat McCarran (D) of Nevada, favored open borders, and were dead set against strong border enforcement, Brownell said. But General Swing's close connections to the president shielded him - and the Border Patrol - from meddling by powerful political and corporate interests.
One of Swing's first decisive acts was to transfer certain entrenched immigration officials out of the border area to other regions of the country where their political connections with people such as Senator Johnson would have no effect.
Then on June 17, 1954, what was called "Operation Wetback" began. Because political resistance was lower in California and Arizona, the roundup of aliens began there. Some 750 agents swept northward through agricultural areas with a goal of 1,000 apprehensions a day. By the end of July, over 50,000 aliens were caught in the two states. Another 488,000, fearing arrest, had fled the country.
By mid-July, the crackdown extended northward into Utah, Nevada, and Idaho, and eastward to Texas.
By September, 80,000 had been taken into custody in Texas, and an estimated 500,000 to 700,000 illegals had left the Lone Star State voluntarily.
Unlike today, Mexicans caught in the roundup were not simply released at the border, where they could easily reenter the US. To discourage their return, Swing arranged for buses and trains to take many aliens deep within Mexico before being set free.
Tens of thousands more were put aboard two hired ships, the Emancipation and the Mercurio. The ships ferried the aliens from Port Isabel, Texas, to Vera Cruz, Mexico, more than 500 miles south.
The sea voyage was "a rough trip, and they did not like it," says Don Coppock, who worked his way up from Border Patrolman in 1941 to eventually head the Border Patrol from 1960 to 1973.
Mr. Coppock says he "cannot understand why [President] Bush let [today's] problem get away from him as it has. I guess it was his compassionate conservatism, and trying to please [Mexican President] Vincente Fox."
Just for that, we ought try. Transport ‘em in boxcars, put ‘em in uncomfortable transit camps in isolated locations, tattoo ‘em and put RFID chips in ‘em then ship ‘em back to their home countries with the explicit message that they not welcome in the US again, ever.
:::sigh::: I miss those days.
I wonder if Jorge Bush does any backup vocals on this?
OHHhhhhhhhhhhhh yes we can!
Our Administration actually encouraged the acceleration of the mass invasion of illegals, when they got our border patrol agents locked up. They are now openly ridiculing us all!
