Good question....and here’s another. You posted a mug shot that says he’s WANTED....so, where’d they get the mug shot and what was he being arrested for when IT was taken?

Post 97 is an arrest warrant for a Jose Carranza. It is only my speculation as to whether it is the same Jose Carranza involved in these schoolyard slayings. But anyway, the warrant in post 97 is for:

"This subject is wanted for Vehicular Manslaughter. On December 26, 1989 the suspect was involved in an automobile accident. The accident involved a pedestrian which resulted in the death of the pedestrian. Cause of accident was determined that suspect was driving while intoxicated."
