Quit hitting the Kool-Aid. Most Muslims are not peaceful, they are merely “backsliders” in their faith.
How many of our hotels and mini-marts are owned by radical jihadists who have access to credit card numbers of 1,000’s of folks? Now, economic terror is not has horrendous as a dirty nuke, but it could still cause economic disaster of unforseen proportions.
Their websites are no more filled with hatred of the US than the Daily Kos or DU.
Personally, I don’t consider people who’s loyalty is to a nonexistent Caliphate and Sharia Law to be “homegrown”, regardless of whether they happened to be born here or not.

Though I am neither Christian or Muslim, I have read both the New Testament and (most of) the Koran. Your point is well taken: For the most part Christianity preaches love and forgiveness whereas Islam is a finishing school for psycopaths.
The Feds need to cease recognizing any branch of Islam as (an) official religion and yank any and all federal tax exemptions. After that, the Feds should go at them mosque by mosque, looking for RICO (and other) violations.
Treat them as the mob, organized crime. Though not a panacea, it would help to greatly reduce their in-country influence.
