Illegal Alien Killer of Three American Children to be Offered Plea Deal
Family Security Matters ^ | August 13, 2007 | Editors

In one of the more despicable acts committed in this Washington, DC-sanctioned illegal alien disaster that plagues our country and all law-abiding citizens within it, today in Sanford, North Carolina, an illegal alien named Pastor Rios Sanchez, killer of three American children, will be offered an opportunity to walk away from the responsibility he bears for this dreadful and tragic crime.

Lee County Assistant District Attorney Mike Beam, in a shameful and disgusting act that will be repudiated by all decent Americans, plans to offer Rios a chance to plead guilty to three counts of mere involuntary manslaughter and face only 16 to 20 months in prison for each count.

Reporting on the incident, Gordon Anderson of the Sanford Herald in Sanford, North Carolina, had this to say:

The news has Dannon Forbes of Columbia, S.C., fuming. Forbes is the mother of 16year-old Ben Leonard and 22year-old Megan Hughes, both of whom were killed on Oct. 27 when Rios, 55, slammed head-on into their vehicle on Avent’s Ferry Road. Jennifer Carter, 18, a friend from Jacksonville of the other two victims, also died in the accident.

Forbes said she hopes the presiding judge will reject the plea deal. “All I know is that I have to keep fighting this,” she said. “The D.A.’s office was supposed to be defending my kids, and it looks like they won’t.”

State troopers said at the time of the accident that Rios was drunk and in the United States illegally. Originally, he was also charged with several traffic violations including driving while impaired. Those charges will reportedly be dropped under the plea arrangement, Forbes said.

They’re doing everything possible to give out either light or NO jail sentences, like they just want these illegals to go free.

You wouldn't want to make them feel UNWELCOME, would you? All that $low$overhead$labor$ might decide to stay home.

Besides, what are the lives of a few high paid, pampered Americans compared to all that cheap labor?

This person only did what Americans refused to do. You Americans were too lazy to kill those children. Someone had to do it. If you don’t like that an hispanic man did it, then that just means you’re a racist as well. We will continue to need these people until Americans start killing the children they now refuse to kill.

We are very close to the time when the American people will take matters into their own hands.

This is disgusting and is by no means, an exception. It has become a common occurrence. We have to start paying attention and by “we”, I don’t mean Freepers but rather, Americans. FReepers get it and have been getting it a long time. The rest of America is too wrapped up in PC, Multi-culti guilt and then there is the ever present apathetic citizen. Nothing has happened to apathetic Joe six-pack so why should he care?

We must start electing those who will take action on this issue and not simply pay it lip service till they get into office. I do not mean by this a candidate who has “said” what we want to hear on the issue. I mean candidates who have done and will do what is needed to see this assault on our sovereignty and security is ended, sooner, rather than later.

I realize we on this site do not elect these egomaniacs and charlatans but because we in fact, do know better, we bear the greater responsibility. Without regard to polls, popularity or pandering I made my choices. A certain Senator need not look for my vote come election time. With our votes we hired him, he failed us. We can ill afford to ride with poll favorites on the Pander train of mediocrity and compromise. The destination is a new America, a socialist, 3rd-world crap-hole and the return tickets will be costly. That is, if there are any.

Legally, you may very well be correct. Morally, it is murder. A person chooses to drive in the condition he did...

Here in Tucson, a bail bondsman friend told me of a client
who hit a bicyclist on a dark unlit road while drunk. A sober person might easily have hit the guy. The PLEA BARGAIN was 7 years(American girl)

Didn't mean to be assumptive - but IMHO, anyone who has obtained residence in this country by illegal means should have no legal rights whatsoever.

Friggin disgusting.

FYI - and going by memory which is patchy ...

Within the past 10 years, North Carolina made it possible to prosecute vehicular homicide by a drunken driver as Murder 1, meaning it was intentional, planned murder committed against the innocent victims. The death penalty is on the table at this point.

The first prosecutor to charge a drunk-driving killer with Murder 1 was in Winston-Salem, NC, the county seat of Forsyth County. I don’t recall the nationality of the driver, but he hit a car occupied by 3 or 4 coeds right outside of the Wake Forest University campus, killing them all. The jury returned a verdict of Murder 1.

Unfortunately, subsequent court action overturned or reduced the conviction. Since then, I’ve heard of no other NC prosecutor trying it. And that’s a shame. If there’s anyone who deserves it, it’s this a-hole.

Like I said, my memory is flaky on the details - but the Sanford prosecutor should be tarred, feathered and ridden out on a rail. I won’t even say what the killer deserves.
