MIAMI (AP) — Tropical Storm Dean formed in the open Atlantic on Tuesday, but remained far from land, forecasters said.

At 11 a.m. EDT, the storm was centered about 1490 miles east of the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean. It had top sustained winds of 40 mph, just above the threshold to be a named storm.

This is NOT as bad as it could be. The only answer to prevent hurricanes like this from continuing to occur is the immediate impeachement of everyone in the BushCo Regime! They need to be thrown in a Turkish Prison, their families need to be enslaved, and everyone who considered voting for BUSH needs to be publicly flogged! Hillary! is the way and the light!
