The reporter on the video clip is TOTALLY confusing. At the end the girl said the radiation level was normal . What the hell did she mean , normal for what ? What caused them to check radiation levels at a fender bender. What a confused non story this is .
She probably means at or near background. If I were to do a contamination survey I would say that radiation levels were normal if they were within 100 counts of background. If I were to do a radiation survey I would verify no alpha radiation was detected and my beta-gamma levels were less than something like 0.1 mrem/hr.
