That was my supposition. The box emitted high levels, they contained the box, caught the guy who was fleeing the scene, and now levels are normal.
That’s my understanding.
If this was a legal medical source and otherwise not suspicious, then why would the driver flee? It was apparently a minor accident.
That’s what I gathered from the video news report as well. Levels were high, they called in Hazmat and now the levels have returned to normal...
