Creationists could do themselves a favor by getting off of the “young earth” kick.Their view is so rigid it doesn't allow them that luxury.

I like to tell creationists: “The world is only a few seconds old. All of it, cosmic background radiation, dinosaur fossils, radioisotopes & decay products all in the right ratios to make the universe appear 13 or so billions years old; all of it put there just seconds ago to mess with your heads. God is joker.”
