I am not talking about wanton crimes such as that. I am talking about men who served in Iraq being persecuted for a combat error. They didn't rape and murder those women and children.
Alberto Gonzalez was and is a monstrous mistake for the country and for Constitution-loving Conservatives.
Thanks, got it posted.....
Thank YOU!
wow, with gonzales on the case, you can bet that.........................nothing will happen
Thanks, freema. Looks like Ms. Francine McKenna just totally verified the story Tim King set in the Salem News, and knocked Deloitte’s ‘Public Relations’ director back on her heels. Most of us only see the stuff that floats in the cesspool; this is bringing up the toxic sludge from the bottom. It’s not pretty.
Thank you, interesting and disturbing read.
I’m as eager as anyone to get to the truth, but I’d be cautious about this story.
Tim King says he never verified his information, nor did he do any of the primary research for it.
This blogger doesn’t really verify it either. She found something on a Deloitte website that says, “New York. Madrid. London. Baghdad. These are the battlefields of the global war on terrorism...” The blogger says this is proof Deloitte is in Iraq. That’s way too much of a leap for me.
Regardless, I wish someone would just come out and say, in declarative sentences without a billion urls, what exactly is the hypothesis here.
I haven’t seen anything yet except what we usually see from moonbats on the Left about eeeeeevil corporations. And it makes me twitchy that people won’t talk about it rationally. If Free Republic is about anything, it should be about rigorous thought and discussion.
The man, Walter Fitzpatrick, who wrote this "demand" to Alberto Gonzales also wrote this "demand" to President Bush:
I'll leave it to readers to consider the larger, dark consequences that attach to the operation of one government within another--both in competition--while I repeat here and extend my exposition of the commander in chief as himself a criminal in command...the leader of so very many other criminals in military command.
I extend and renew my exposition naming Commander in Chief George W. Bush a criminal as a commissioned officer, United States Navy (Retired), fully subject to recall to active duty and court-martial under the UCMJ.
I believe this to be first instance in the history of our military establishment whereupon a subordinate commissioned officer has named and publicly advanced a sustainable criminal case against an incumbent commander in chief (who's acting in concert with the two immediately preceding CINCs) regarding his criminal conduct as CINC.
When people start calling our military leaders "criminals", they forfeit the right to be taken seriously. This is on par with conspiracy theories that we were in Vietnam only because Lyndon Johnson and the CIA wanted to take over the global sales of heroin.
This whole Haditha travesty got started because it suited Time magazine's agenda. Other people have an agenda of bringing down the whole UCMJ and using Hamdania and Haditha for that purpose can be as just as bad when the Marines themselves are lost in the picture.
Thanks for the link, interesting and it sure points out that a lot is being hidden.
Could you fill me in on what you’re seeing? Because I’m missing it. What specifically is being alleged?
Freema can you fill in Red Rover, see post 33.
I am not up on all the facts, so will bow to those who are.

About the best I can do at the moment is to point you back to the articles and links : (
I don’t have the time to organize it like you’ve done with Haditha, Red.
I’ve waded in to the links, and my feet get stuck in the mud. There is so much information on so many different levels, it makes my head spin.
IF I could organize it, I wouldn’t know where to begin. It would be awesome if you could be cloned.
The Deloitte Connection is but one facet.
Thanks for your reply.
Thanks.
You’re welcome. Thank you, too!
