(Visit this thread 1-hour from now. In that time-an average of 416.6 more ILLEGALS will be in the USA)

"The Republicans are "the stupid party" and the Democrats are "the evil party." Every once in a while they get together and hatch some policy that is both stupid and evil. This is called "bipartisanship," and the immigration reform bill was a spectacular example of it."
Great tagline material but it won't fit ;o)

To me that explains why the whining contractor says "But illegals are the only people I can get, American kids and unskilled don't want to work anymore", and Camarata's reply, (paraphrased) "Because you're underpaying and getting lower quality American applicants. If you paid $18/hr - which is the proper pay scale - you'd get better American applicants." I've always tried to explain this to people when they spout the "jobs americans won't do..." line. If you pay a substandard payscale you get substandard applicants (illegals and americans who can't get anything else). Once you raise the wages you're offering you get to pick and choose from a better caliber of applicant.

This will make a great tagline, folks. I don’t want it, so someone had better grab it before it’s gone:
GOP = Stupid Party. Dems = Evil Party. Stupid, Evil Policies = Bipartisanship.

This proposal, which already has bipartisan support, would give illegal immigrants who are high school graduates a path to U.S. citizenship if they complete two years of college or military service. Durbin has attached his inspiration as an amendment to some military authorization legislation that the Senate is expected to take up in September. If this policy is enacted, and millions of Hispanics enlist to get the benefits, the military will then be loudly accused of "racism."

Gingrey’s awesome. It takes a man who’s stared down many to make many more stand down.

I had Tom Price before redistricting, and was disappointed to lose him, but Gingrey may just be better. :)

I do not believe that the sins of the parents should be paid for by their (can't speak the language) children.Sorry, they do speak the native language. They were lucky to grow up in america, now take those advantages of education and everything else they learned and apply it to the country to which they are citizens and they must return to. It will work to everyone's favor.
