There's one vote that Rudy Giuliani definitely can't count on in his 2008 presidential bid: his own daughter's. According to Caroline Giuliani's Facebook profile, she's supporting Barack Obama..........Rudy and his two children, have a rocky relationship. After his third wedding, Giuliani stopped attending Caroline's high-school events..... he went to her graduation (after declaring his candidacy for president), and left without speaking to her and did not join in the family celebration, according to news reports.

NY POST REPORT----RUDY BACKS OBAMA PLAN: During the GOP presidential debate in Iowa, all the other Republican candidates slammed Obama for saying he would go after terrorists in Pakistan if that country's leadership refused to do so. But Giuliani said Obama had a point.
You said it.
Donna Hanover got what she deserved and she’s raising her kids to behave with the same spiteful antagonism.
Sticking by a loathsome spouse may pay off for another loathsome woman.
After Hillary gives her a good talking too; she will change her mind and support Hillary. It well be done so well as to give Hillary front page news for a week!!!!!!!!............She’s everywhere I tell you!!!!.....
Maureen Reagan did support her father. It was the other Reagan Chick (Patty, the hippie one) who didn’t.
And Ronald Reagan was a divorced person and had a leftist nut for a son. I think he did rather well as president...don’t you?
HE can WIN!!!!!!!!
Win win win win win win win win win win win win!
....and thats all that matters.
You mean...he's electable? Seems I've heard that argument before...;0)
For the record, I know you're being sarcastic...
What a difference running for the Presidency can make to paternal affection.
Since money wasnt the reason perhaps Hanover enjoyed playing the victim/doormat or maybe she just really loved living in Gracie Mansion.
It says something when Rudi has less class then Joe Kennedy Sr.
I think Joe is still ahead in that category.
(Sniffle), Gosh, never thought of it that way. That's really, really poignant (snicker).
Rooty'll also get the Dumped Wives' vote.
As they say "every silver lining has a cloud (LOL)."
It’s not relevant. I want a guy who will fight Islamic terrorists, not f#ck up the US economy by raising taxes. I don’t need a preacher I have my own. I don’t form opinions on what went on with his former wife simply from news reports as we all know the press will attack anyone who has an R after their name.
If she is 17 today, then this time next year (nearly three months before the election) she will already be 18 and thus eligible to vote.
Rudy’s kids are spoiled brats. They should have the decency to keep their mouths shut.
LOL!
Apparently the end of Rooty’s first marriage occurred before he came to NY .....when he met #2 Hanover he was already separated from Wife #1 for around 7 years. Read on:
Reposted from above: Per Wiki: Giuliani married three times. On October 26, 1968, soon after he graduated from law school, he married his second cousin, educator Regina Peruggi, whom Giuliani had known since childhood.
In the mid-70s the marriage was in trouble and in 1975 they agreed to a trial separation.[112] Peruggi did not
accompany him to Washington when he accepted the job in the Attorney General’s Office.[113]
Giuliani met local television personality Donna Hanover sometime in 1982, and they began dating when she was working in Miami.[114] Giuliani filed for legal separation from Peruggi on August 12, 1982.[112] Giuliani and Hanover
started living together later that year in Washington, D.C.[114]
The Giuliani-Peruggi marriage was ended in two ways: a civil divorce was issued by the end of 1982,[115] while a Roman Catholic Church annulment of the Giuliani-Peruggi marriage was granted at the end of 1983[112], according to Giuliani, because he discovered after 14 years of marriage that he and his wife were second cousins,[116] rather than third cousins,[113] and they did not have the Church dispensation thus needed.[117]
Giuliani and Peruggi did not have any children.
Rooty’ll also get the Dumped Wives’ vote (/sarc).
