REGULATION OF FIREARMS — CONTROL BY STATE. No city may in any manner regulate the lawful ownership, possession or transportation of firearms when carried or transported for purposes not prohibited by the laws of the state of Idaho.
No City nor County... only the State...bottom line we all know this will only apply law abiding citizens of Moscow and the surrounding areas...
Pullman, Viola, Potlatch etcetera... Better to go and spend our money and visit parks and other City owned venues in Lewiston/Clarkston instead.
