A one-world government cannot be established until the concepts of borders, countries, and national sovereignity are eliminated.

The people in charge are doing nothing about the problem because the problem, to them, is not a problem. It is a process by which all other problems which are created, in their minds, by the fact that there exists sovereign nations, will disappear once sovereign nations are a relic of the past and there is a one-world system.

People sure are slow in coming around to this, aren't they? You seem to have the reasons for this correctly assessed as well.

Twenty years ago I read papers that described how this was to be done. I scoffed. The plan has unfolded flawlessly. We are very close to the end of our Nation.
