This plan is a lot better than I would have expected of Giuliani. Another good idea would be to devolve Medicare administration to the states, repeal the Medicare portion of the Social Security tax, and let the states raise their own revenue for Medicare and Medicaid.

Rudy keeps coming up with common sense solutions. I admit I like his philosophical approach to government. You won't hear it from Hillary. The last thing we all need is to have everything taken away from us for the common good. I'll keep that in mind even as I disagree with him on social issues.
