I love grits made into the ‘cheese grits casserole’. It is good hot, cold or room temp. Once you make it, just keep it in the ‘fridge, and cut off a square when ever you have that wonderful Southern ‘grit’ craving.

Actually, I don’t like grits just by them self. They are really good tho when mixed with other spicy food such as sausage and eggs.
Also salt and pepper and sometimes butter if the eggs and sausage aren’t greasy enough alone.
