New York agriculture authorities have come down hard on yet another local dairy farmer for supposedly selling milk with a pathogen. But this farmer claims it's part of a state-sponsored fear campaign, and vows to fight the state by refusing to pay the expected $300 fine.

New York’s raw milk dairy farmers are clearly becoming tired of what they consider to be government harassment. If Lori McGrath is any indication, not only are they becoming tired, they’re not going to take it any more.

NY’s dairy farmers have in recent years had their farms land ‘revalued’ up, and the taxes raised, yet their product devalued to the point they cannot break even.

In Florida it’s illegal to sell raw milk to the public.

Just another way that the milk lobby keeps prices up.
