Like I said, it looks easy to you if you haven’t lived it. She may not have anyone to help her out of it. She may not even see it for what it is. Many women are so brainwashed by it that even when they get out a large percentage of them go back...it takes 7 attempts before they make that final break for a majority of them. Many don’t live to see that 7th attempt. It is an emotional, psychological (often sexual as well) and physical abuse that has so many edges to it that it is not as simple as someone saying, “get out of it.”
You and your mom are fortunate! This girl isn’t that fortunate. She doesn’t have someone who is doing that for her. Count yourself blessed you and your mom did not have to live in the torment. Thank your uncles for sparing you all of that! Thank you mom for being able to see it for what it was and not go back to it.
This discussion is about a young woman who is not (assumption) currently in a relationship. She all ready has been abandoned by the father of her first child, (or she dumped him), and the 15 year old father of her next child will never be free again, after beating her so badly the child died.
This has nothing to do with other women, she has the opportunity now to get her act together, before she heads to strike three. I hope she does.
These totally useless scum need an injection on a prison table as they ad nothing to society.

understanding the mentality. How did she get where she is today, involved with someone that violent? Domestic Violence and Abuse. She will need someone to help her see the issue and how to get out of it, or she will make the same bad choices over and over and over again. (I understand she is not living with the guy any more...she is still ‘stuck in the rut’ regardless of his not being present.) Prayers up that God will bring her to see the truth and reality, or bring someone to help her see it. Unless there is good healing and deliverance ministry, the cycle will continue to repeat and repeat.
