Homeland chief: Communities won't have veto on border fenceU.S. Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff said he expects construction of a Texas-Mexico border fence to begin by fall. He pledged to consult with local communities on the fence design but said he won't give them a veto on the plan.
"I expect we'll be doing some construction in Texas this fiscal year," Mr. Chertoff said.
The government's fiscal year ends Sept. 30.
Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff has finished just 13 miles of the border fence,get it done or get a new job!

Do as I do. Keep a cheap digital camera in the glove box. If you see one of these heathens snapping away, just photograph
him photographing whatever it is he's looking to blow up. There won't be a court in the land that could convict you for 'violating' the animal's snivel rights - hell, you're taking pics of the
same thing! He just happened to be in every frame. But, so did the building. Go figger.
A $15 digital cam in your vehicle has myriad uses.
