Because of the new law, even if not retroactive, will have an impact. Unless there is an entire jury of people wearing towels on their heads, it should be an easy one to beat.

Even if this bill becomes law, I think it is too late for the whistleblowers of the flying imams. That happened BEFORE the bill became law...I don't know about the current version, but at least one previous version was retroactive to that particular incident.
