How does one explain all the whores and whore mongers in Congress? I remember a thread from years ago where they were discussing where the best-looking women in the country tended to end up.
There was a lot of talk about Los Angeles and Las Vegas, but someone in the know fingered Washington, DC as the place to find the drop-dead knockouts.
Now, why would THAT be? ;-)
